Accordion Sample DescriptionGEM – through regular and predictable donations, our sustaining donors are the pillars of Giant Steps’ impact, allowing our team to spend less time fundraising and more time providing programming and materials for students, Through Giant Steps GEM (give-every-month) Program, monthly donors have a collective impact that moves programs forward and allows the organization to be reactive and forward thinking.

Monthly giving provides a steady and cost-effective source of income to Giant Steps. And because your monthly donation is processed automatically, you help us reduce our costs—which allows us to fund more programs and to serve our students.

• As an online monthly donor, you will be automatically registered to make a credit card donation every month. After you make your initial donation, your credit card will be charged on the 15th of every month, or the following business day. For example, if you choose to make a monthly donation of $25 today, your next donation of $25 will be automatically charged on the 15th of the following month, and each subsequent month thereafter. You will receive an annual statement by mail with all your payment details prior to January 31 and when your pledge is fulfilled.
• What types of payments are available if become a GEM supporter: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Checks are also accepted. Please maintain a sufficient credit limit on your credit card on the payment date. If we are unable to process your gift you will be notified.
• Record of payments: The amount and date of your monthly gift will appear on your credit card statement.
• Account/donation change: To ensure timely payments, please notify us of any credit card updates or address changes by phone or email (see below).
